Data Base Administrator
RC has a great opportunity with several options to extend in beautiful California. This is going to be a DBA position coming into Santa Ana airport area and Orange. I will be looking for 6-9months + to help with Allscripts/Eclipsys. Best part is you have the ability to work remote 1 day per week.
Responsibilities will include:
Technical assistance for Allscripts/Eclipsys Sunrise information system as well as ancillary systems that interface with the EMR application
Customer support and liaison for vendor customer support for problem resolution or escalation of problems
Technical support for application development team throughout the implementation and go-live phases of the project
Assist with all system administration, maintenance and implementation support
General DBA responsibilities as required, ie, backup, support, etc.
Required Qualifications:
Experience with SQL Server 2005 or higher
System Administration/DBA experience with Allscripts Sunrise suite of products
Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, solve inconsistencies in database design and performance
Ability to communicate effectively with technical, application and management staff
Preferred Qualifications:
Allscripts/Eclipsys Sunrise Record Manager product
SQL and Oracle Database certification
SQL Server 2008 or higher
Experience with replication and cluster environment
Experience with tuning and troubleshooting
Experience in medical and academic industry structures
