As a senior level HR generalist, this person will contribute to internal merger/acquisition activities, and will project manage specific HR integration initiatives.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- BA/BS ( 4 year accredited) in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a senior HR Generalist with, demonstrated experience in supporting HR teams trhough complex mergers/acquisitions, post acquisition integration and restructuring acitivites.
- Demonstrated experience in performing HR inventory and gap analysis, data collection/collation, critical path analysis, depencency planning, practice and financial impact analysis; standardization options..
- Experience in HR research, analysis, reporting and presentation of complex HR information.
- Experience in managing projects to completion and participation on large complex projects is required.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience as a compensation analyst, HIRS analyst, or ohter HR role is beneficial.
Experience working with HRISS Systems or comparable information systms is preferred. Lawson is preferred.
