Position Description:

As a senior level HR generalist, this person will contribute to internal merger/acquisition activities, and will project manage specific HR integration initiatives.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • BA/BS ( 4 year accredited) in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a senior HR Generalist with, demonstrated experience in supporting HR teams trhough complex mergers/acquisitions, post acquisition integration and restructuring acitivites.
  • Demonstrated experience in performing HR inventory and gap analysis, data collection/collation, critical path analysis, depencency planning, practice and financial impact analysis; standardization options..
  • Experience in HR research, analysis, reporting and presentation of complex HR information.
  • Experience in managing projects to completion and participation on large complex projects is required.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience as a compensation analyst, HIRS analyst, or ohter HR role is beneficial.
    Experience working with HRISS Systems or comparable information systms is preferred. Lawson is preferred.
    PHR or PMP certifications
