Sand Resources have a need for an experienced Change Project manager whom has experience of working within HR and Payroll. Your role as the Change Project Manager will be to help in a Payroll Integration project. You will also have experience of creating a Shared Services around HR admin, training etc. You will have excellent Project Management experience, Stakeholder Management and project Governance. You will have experience of successfully leading people and process change projects/Transformation projects within organisations. If you have experienced project managing Change Programmes and have helped in creating Shared Services then please send your CV. Retail Experience highly advantageous
