Our client is a global exploration and production Oil & Gas organisation. They have operations across 4 continents and currently involved with major projects in Western Australia.

This role reports to the Project Services Manager. Due to internal promotion, this position's main responsibilities are;
  • Facilitate, negotiate and manage execution of Master Services Agreements with contractors
  • Liaise with project managers, technical personnel and contractors in preparing service contracts
  • Update documentation to reflect contract variations, amendments and price adjustments
  • Maintain contracts registers and contractual compliance documentation
  • Liaise with and obtain/expedite necessary approvals from legal, insurance, tax etc
  • Verification of contractor progress payment claims and approval of invoices
  • Provide input to cost control and project services group as required

The successful candidate will ideally have:
  • 2-5 years experience in a similar position
  • Oil & Gas experience
  • The ability to commence work on short notice
  • Demonstrated high level of analytical and negotiation skills
  • Good communication skills
