Description
Global Defence Organisation and leader in defence electronics (semiconductor) market is currently seeking hardware engineers to support the development of new electronic test equipment/test hardware from concept through to detailed design, integration and qualification.
Responsibility includes:
> Specification, design, development & verification of test packages to completion.
> Producing/Maintaining all aspects of the design information (documentation, drawings etc.)
Skills, Qualifications & knowledge Required:
Qualifications:
Degree qualified in Electronic Engineering or similar
Knowledge:
> "Senior Engineer" level, full life cycle design experience of test equipment, circuitry, cabling etc.
> Familiarity with industry standard ECAD and configuration control tools such as Teamcentre.
Additional information:
> 4 positions required
> 37 hours per week
NOTE ON SECURITY CLEARANCE - Candidates will be required to undergo clearance to UK MoD "SC Level" A prerequisite for this is holding a current UK residency that has been valid for at least 5 years.
