Description
An experienced Investment Operations Manager is required to join a pressurised environment to evaluate current procedures and recommend/streamline processes in order to improve efficiency and operational productivity.
This role will be joining a leading insurance company, based in Surrey but will involve travel to London and other parts of the UK. In order to complete this position, candidates will need to have the ability to lead a team of operators in a busy industry with very tight deadlines.
Industry experience is a necessity as key responsibilities will involve:
1. Unit pricing experience
2. Evaluating current systems, processes and procedures and implementing changes where necessary.
3. Managing the move from UAT into Operations
This role may appeal to someone with experience of running a full transformation project.
