My Client is looking for team members in the contact call centre. The centre deals with tenants calling in with problems with Tenants calling in with problems on their homes ie: repairs needing fixing etc... and organising this. Call centre experience in Housing Local Authority desirable.
HOURLY RATE: £9.50 - £10.50 PAYE per hour. £11.50 - £13.00 Ltd per hour
PLEASE NOTE: SHIFT BASIS - 8-4 and 10-6
Provide a customer focussed Front End for the reporting of repairs
To provide a front line customer interface as part of a responsive repairs control centre, ensuring right first time completion of repairs for a range of customers.
Supply Back Office administration support to the Building and Technical Services Division in order to assist the delivery of a high quality, customer focussed and continuously improving service.
Actively contribute to the achievement of the wider Housing Landlord aims, operational objectives and future state.
