Analyzes business processes and business rules in order to develop functional technical requirements. Researches hardware, software applications, network communications and other technical components to develop optimal solutions for business requirements. Planning for testing and monitoring computer programs and systems, including the coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems. Develops project work plans and schedules for programming assignments. May develop and maintain test standards relevant to the development life cycle and change management processes and ensures staff meets those standards. Develops, communicates and monitors quality assurance and testing project work plans and schedules for the application software development. Documents and reports test results to quality assurance management and appropriate development staff
Prior experience in Public Assistance/Medicaid Eligibility System, policies and practices Working knowledge of SUCCESS MMIS knowledge is preferred
