This large employer is seeking an experienced Programme PMO Analyst to work on a large Program of work where you will be responsible for assisting the Manager IT&T PMO.
The Role:
- Developing and implementing standard project management tools and project control processes, procedures and policies
- Delivering training on standard project management tools, processes, procedures and policies to project teams
- Monitoring and control of projects throughout the project life cycle
- Project review, analysis and quality assurance
- Performance reporting
The Person:
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite (Office, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio)
- Financial skills including working with budgets, accruals and forecasting
- Understanding of standard project management methodologies
- Understanding of, and experience with testing method is advantageous
- Ability to effectively facilitate and conduct interviews with stakeholders
- Ability to implement, and maintain project process guidance related to quality management,
- Ability to plan for, coordinate, and conduct reviews of project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project standards
- Ability to review project management tools and project control processes, procedures and policies to identify opportunities for reuse and process improvement
You should have high level verbal and written communication skills and experience with collaboration and project management tools such as Microsoft SharePoint and Project Server 2007.
