Client Centric Marketing Manager - Single point of contact for clients Global Client Centric Marketing to navigate all the marketing folks and be a business partner to the account leadership team
- Manage an integrated calendar of all events, activities, POVs, options for client engagement
- Integrated view of GP postings which could be pertinent (Strategy, CRM, F&PM, BPO, TGP, CG&S, etc)
- Ongoing relationship plan management
- Responsible for Innovation & Leadership engagement calendar
- Organizational support for Consumer Goods Forum (for 2012) Client Centric Marketing:
- Standard branding for PPT, DOC, XLS
- Topical sessions aligned with our target positioning
- Collecting top innovations, delivery, team achievements, etc...consolidating into CCM environment (either as push or pull)
- Standard proposal kit...stepping up professionalism on proposal
- Potential to interview client Exec members; perhaps in concert with what they already do or some type of synergy offer so it has value for them internally
