Our clients are currently seeking a number of community hospital workers to work with elderly service users , facilitating and encouraging service users in activities in the community appropriate to their age, needs and abilities, which promote and develop their independence, abilities and opportunities in the community.•Based in Birmingham

Essential Requirements
•Experience of key support work across a number of clients
•At least 1 years experience of working with elderly service users
•Excellent organisational skills
•Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
•Car driver (business insurance preferred)
•Experience of delivering personal care and managing challenging behaviour
•Commitment to maintaining the dignity, choice and respect of service users
•Eligibility to work in the UK without Visa restrictions
