Swim Social Work Team are looking to recruit a Youth Justice Worker in the Youth Offending Team based in Enfield. This is a 3 month, full time position.

Your job will be to:
*Work with very challenging young people
*Manage a mixed case load of custodial and community sentences
*Facilitate meetings and carry out and complete Asset, ROM and other detailed assessments with young people and their parents
*Prepare intervention plans for young people based on the YOS case Management procedure, APIR and Risk and Protective factors

You must have the following experience:
*At least 2 years experience of working in a Youth Offending Team
*Must be experienced as a post court case manager, not as a drugs worker, youth worker or prevention worker but as a YOS post court case manager
*Ability to supervise others
*Must have a good knowledge of practice and legislation
*Must have high level verbal and written communication skills, must have high level numeracy and literacy
