Description
Swim Social Work Team are looking to recruit a Senior Social Worker in the Duty & Assessment Team based in Northamptonshire. This is a 3 month, full time position.Your job will be to:
*Maintain a caseload requiring a level of professional skill, providing assessment, care management and other social work services relevant to the needs of the most vulnerable children, young people and families
*Identify and facilitate appropriate services and resources
*Regularly monitor and review services to ensure they are provided effectively and in accordance with need.
*Provide services, advice and continuing support to children and young people, their families/carers according to an agreed service plan
*Demonstrate a commitment to listening to the child or young person and taking account of their needs and desires
You must have the following experience:
*At least 3 years post qualification experience in social work
*Minimum of 1 years current experience in a Referral & Assessment Team
You will need the following qualifications:
*Social Work degree / DIPSW
*Full GSCC registration
