We are actively seeking to recruit a highly skilled Market Data Administrator to work with our Financial Services client to whom we are first tier supplier,

The Role:
- Work with vendors to ensure accurate invoicing, challenge any incorrect invoices and ensure credits are received.
- Raise all Spend Requests through SAP and manage approvals within the process. Resolve any issues arising with the approval process and provide additional information to business managers as appropriate. Document the Purchase Order strategy for the current period and provide information for any PIF/PIC meetings.
- Use Webflo system to pay invoices with the Purchase Orders raised.
- Send all non-GBP invoices to the accounts payable team (P2P) for payment. Maintain a close relationship with the accounts payable team and exchange information with them regarding foreign invoices sent and their payment dates.
- Track Purchase orders and receipting against each one.
- Use the FITS inventory management system to track all invoices and project the invoice schedule going forwards.
- Use the FITS system to control the accurate recovery of all services and carry out the month-end process in order to create accrual reports for the finance department.
Skills Required:
- Extensive knowledge and experience of FITS
- Good working knowledge of DACS
- Good working knowledge of Bloomberg on-line ordering system
- Experience of Market Data procedures and reporting
- Understanding of financial Market Data
- Good understanding of dealing room market data functionality, user requirements and ability to map this against existing and future service needs
- Ability to work under pressure and to work within tight time constraints
- Good knowledge of Market Data vendors and products (especially Bloomberg, Reuters, exchange data and specialist data)
- Good systematic organisation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good presentation skills
- Good project management experience
- Advanced understanding of financial Market Data (content and delivery)
- Awareness of major market data delivery platforms (RMDS, etc)
- Good project management skills for completing projects on time and within budget
- Ability to analyse data and produce reports
