Description

1. Candidates will be based in the US for the majority of the contract period. At least 75% of the time need to be on site and the rest from home to cover US time zone by email and phone (for example 4 weeks on site and then 2 weeks from home as will be requested from the client and manager).
The main location will be Philadelphia but there will be other user groups located in other US sites.

2. The product version is Cramer 7.5 Resource Manager & Task Engine. The person would need to support new users/testers as these users adopt the system and help them to test the functionality (this not frontal classroom).
The users/UAT testers will receive knowledge transfer on site to cover the implementation

3. Language - only English as we are focusing on US client

Job Description

Our Customer Training department are looking for Cramer experienced people to support our client ‘user adoption’ as they roll out to different user groups. The profile can be of a trainer but also of a designer/developer with customer facing experience and strong proven record in implementation or Resource Manager and Task Engine modules.

The client will provide local training for 2 weeks.
Audience are Customer users executing orders in TE for Ethernet services.

Must Have Skills:
• Experience in Cramer Resource Manager project implementation
• Experience in Cramer Task Engine project implementation
