Social Media Project Manager
1 year contract
Bellevue, WA
Design, manage and implement social media strategy and programs in support of brand and corporate communications objectives
Provide results and recommendations against new approaches, companies, technologies, sites, for cutting-edge programs across digital platforms and devices
Manage the social media agency and lead their team to maximize the potential of our clients story-telling opportunities through social media in creative and impactful ways, with specific focus on driving traffic to point of sale
In charge of the process for establishing goals, deliverables and results for each social media campaign
Manage regular tracking and reporting, interpret data, report metrics appropriately and flag issues for key stakeholders.
Maximize and fuel our clients growing presence on key social media channels like Facebook and Twitter
Deepen the relationship with key consumer influencers by leading the Mobilizer program, creating environments and forums that foster dialogue and provide a richer brand experience - allowing influencers to be closer to our brand, enhancing their advocacy and amplifying their voices
Required Skills:
At least 4 years of experience in a driving successful social media strategy and initiatives
Keen understanding of social media trends and tools
Strong leadership and organizational skills, plus the ability to work cross-functionally
Experience working with and presenting to senior leadership
Experience with influencer programs is a plus
Strategic, creative thinker who can lead internal and agency teams to achieve compelling results in the social media space
Successful candidate will be energetic, creative, diplomatic and strategic and will be capable of generating support throughout a complex organization
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
