Description
Leading Investment Bank is looking for a Finance Change Management BA to assist in a central Finance Transformation Programme.
Principal Accountabilities:
- The incumbent will be responsible for gathering, documenting and analysing Global Banking and Markets requirements and producing data sourcing packs specific to the overall project.
- Ensuring that key tasks within the project workstream are managed and completed in accordance with agreed timelines
- Analysis should include current and future state data sourcing, ensuring that the implementation will meet regulatory/statutory reporting requirements together with alignment with the strategic future state.
- Work with the wider team to assist in the definition of the accounting and architecture target future state.
- Gaining an in-depth knowledge of the FTP platform including other platform facing systems and interfaces.
- Perform a Subject Matter Expert role relevant to products and systems in scope acting as a key touch point to the test team
- Involvement in validating solution design based on requirements.
- Ensure completion of all the tasks assigned within agreed timelines/plans.
Knowledge & Experience
- Prior working knowledge of Global Banking and Markets preferred.
- Part or fully qualified
- Prior Project work experience.
- An understanding of Project Lifecycle
- Strong analytical skills and an attention to detail.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Access
- Team player
- Prior exposure to Finance Change initiatives
