One of the worlds biggest and most successful Solution Providers is currently looking for a Group Executive Assistant in London. You will be supporting the Vice President of Strategic Marketing.

This is an initial 3 month contract which could be extended and has the potential to go permanent.

As Group Executive Assistant you will provide full executive administration support service to the Marketing HQ leadership team of EMEA.

Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
* Arrange all corporate travel and meeting/temporary office facilities for a highly mobile team of senior executives.
* Set up and organize meetings on behalf of members of the Marketing leadership team, coordinating availabilities, booking rooms, producing agendas and distributing materials as necessary and when invited to attend, synthesizing key meeting take-aways and decision points.
* Occasionally co-ordinate arrangements for major meetings and EMEA-wide conferences to ensure all events proceed according to plan.
* Prepare and submit all corporate travel expenses on behalf of the HQ Marketing Leadership team.
* Prepare and produce documents and supporting materials for presentations and meetings, predominantly in PowerPoint, as required.
* Provide support to the onboarding process of Marketing HQ team members as applicable.
* Management of stationary/office materials; raise Purchase Orders on the GE B2P system in accordance with guidelines re: the sourcing and purchasing of goods and services.
* Ad-hoc involvement in projects as requested by individuals within the Marketing leadership team.

Qualifications/Requirements:
* A self-starter, experienced Senior level Executive Assistant with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
* Desire to work and interact in a team environment.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment within tight deadlines.
* High degree of flexibility and self-initiative and ability to work independently.
* Strong sense of confidentiality.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint.
* Excellent administration and organization skills combined with strong planning skills.
* Good eye for detail and accuracy.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and good understanding of organizational dynamics.
