Position Description:
Client is integrating to an online customer service model.
This role will include business process design/operating model design, business requirements, and gap analysis.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- 10+ years overall experience - Customer Service SME
- Well versed in Call Centers and Customer Service
- Oracle CRM is required.
- Oracle Product Information Management Data Hub strongly preferred
- Experience with business process design/operating model design, business requirements, and gap analysis
- Siebel knowledge preferable
