Client is integrating to an online customer service model.
This role will include business process design/operating model design, business requirements, and gap analysis.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • 10+ years overall experience - Customer Service SME
  • Well versed in Call Centers and Customer Service
  • Oracle CRM is required.
  • Oracle Product Information Management Data Hub strongly preferred
  • Experience with business process design/operating model design, business requirements, and gap analysis
  • Siebel knowledge preferable
