This industry leader in the development and delivery of major social and economic infrastructure projects have won an iconic and highly lucrative project. They are urgently looking for an accomplished Maintenance Engineer on a contract basis. The company services clients across a range of industries and sectors including resources, construction, telecommunications, energy, infrastructure and facility management.
Due to this newly won project the maintenance division require the expertise of an Electrical Maintenance Engineer on a contract basis.
You will be an expert in schedules and estimating and have experience in large value tenders allowing competitive bidding and pricing. Your knowledge of high voltage transmission lines and familiarity with substations will enable you impact the project immediately. The project encompasses the upgrading of existing components and uses proven AC transmission lines.
You will be available immediately and have tertiary qualifications relating to Electrical/Mechanical engineering along with the relevant experience on tenders, maintenance and power lines.
The project is underway, the core route will consist of a high-voltage transmission line with additional capacity to supply a number of individual prospective network users. The power line will utilise existing proven AC transmission line engineering to provide up to 400 Megawatts (MW) of transfer capability.

Candidates based in Sydney and Queensland are accepted with the cost of travel to site covered during the contract.
