This large commercial organisation is seeking an experienced Change Manager to work on a large ERP implementation.
Accountabilities:
- Undertake the stakeholder analysis to identify the primary stakeholders impacted by the work stream and develop the
- Stakeholder engagement plan;
- Assess the change impact arising from the redesigned business processes and develop the change management plan to assist in business transition for the nominated work stream;
- Assist in the development of the communication and training plans for the nominated work stream;
- Manage the execution of these change and stakeholder engagement plans through direct involvement and consultation throughout the project as required;
- Coordinate communication, change management, training initiatives and rollout
- Develop and implement the business readiness plan with the business and undertake business readiness assessments throughout the life of the program; and
- Develop and implement change management activities through mentoring, coaching and where necessary directing the activities of those personnel responsible for the execution of change management tasks.
Previous skills and experience:
- Extensive organisational change management skill and experience associated with the roll-out of new technology (Oracle) within a large organisation across diverse employee groups and industrial environments;
- Organisational change experience with major ERP vprojects, specifically in the area of project costing, materials and resource management, sourcing, contract management and procure to pay processes.
- High level of oral and written communication skills;
- High level of skills in working effectively as a self motivated key contributor to a high performance team comprised of diverse skill levels, experience; and backgrounds
- Ability to lead, manage, motivate and mentor the business change champions so that project milestones are delivered to plan.
- Proven experience with scheduling, monitoring and tracking project activities and milestones from a project management perspective.
- You will have strong attention to detail without losing sight of the 'big picture', whilst having the ability to 'think outside the square'.
