Compliance Officer - Client Money Officer - Money-Laundering Reporting Officer - Retail Client experience - CFDs - Financial Spread Betting - FX
Must have comprehensive compliance experience of a broking environment, specifically dealing with retail clients.
Good knowledge in EU financial market regulation and minimum, solid compliance experience in a financial institution, strong understanding of FSA regulation is essential
Good knowledge of the CFD, Financial Spread Betting and Margined FX market mechanisms and technical environment
Experience in dealing with regulators
Excellent problem solving, written and verbal communication skills.
Strong communication skills and an assertive manner are imperative as is a proactive "hands-on" approach
Qualified lawyer or accountant with prior experience in a legal and regulation and/or compliance department
Strong client focus, able to deal effectively with internal staff and outside contacts
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
