Description
This resource will be dedicated for one year and provide support for Unix and Intel Operating Systems, DB2, WebSphere, and MQ Applications to assist in problem determination and resolution of the production environment described in the SOW:
- Develop a working knowledge of the following production environment (AIX, Windows, Linux operating systems, WebSphere, MQ, and DB2 Middleware applications;
- serve as the technical focal point for project;
- be responsible for the coordination of changes to the production environment described in the SOW;
- serve as the focal point for problems that require coordination between teams
- provide 24x7 on-call support
