Description Upgrade and implement Kronos 6.2 WFC multi-job solution
1. Review, document, and update bi-directional interfaces for efficiencies between Kronos and PeopleSoft
Provide detail documentation of specs as well as test plans.
Document recommendation of overall design improvements
2. Import all employees to eliminate manual entry
3. Review, document, and update current design, including update of org map and labor levels, custom tables and code to gain efficiencies with MJAT
Include additional fields such as employee record number, supervisors name (reports to in PS), persons date (accommodate a rehire date, etc.)
Develop flow charts detailing process steps, hand offs and decision points.
4. Evaluate and update current clock network architecture
Clock and WIM setup best practices
Review Ethernet channels for clocks and recommend growth plan
5. Maximize Kronos delivered functionality
Include delegation feature (Client owns but out of scope on 1st implementation)
Review and advise Kronos email/inbox functionality (Client owns but out of scope on 1st implementation)
6. Provide best practices for technical setup and Kronos process improvements
How to bring additional departments/colleges on Kronos WFC
7. Best practices for service pack maintenance
8. Review current custom client reports, to possibly replace with a delivered reports
9. Review Client process for usage/integration with other Kronos time capturing options (web and mobile device) and provide recommendation for approach.
10. Review Kronos security rules/roles for optimum data integrity and provide draft of recommended production configuration and training for use.
Best practice for employees who transfer between department or between differing employee types.
