This employer of choice in the professional services sector is currently looking for a Corporate Service Desk Analyst to provide Outstanding Support to the users within the business. This will be a role where you will be serving as the first point of contact for Software, Systems and Application problems reported by key users.

In the role you will act as the first point of contact for and will also manage the resolution of all technical issues being experienced by the users. You will provide critical Technical Support and fault resolution for a range of IT services, such as Blackberry, MS Office, PC hardware and other IT applications. You will be responsible for analysis of issues, the resolution and closing all issues within the Service Levels utilising the Service Desk Queue.

To succeed in this outstanding career role, your experience will be as a Corporate Helpdesk Analyst or VIP Service Desk Analyst and you will need at least 12 months IT support experience in a complex IT and professional services environment. You will have the edge with your Outstanding Client facing Customer Service Skills and Phone manner and will have technical knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office. You will have the ability to work in a structured environment and adhere to processes and are proactive with critical issues. It will be beneficial to have ITIL experience.

This role is initially a 6 month fixed Maternity replacement but has the potential to be permanent and will offer a salary range of $50-57,000 depending on experience.
