This professional services organisation is currently seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to provide high-level client IT Support services within agreed service levels to internal users.

As a Service Desk Analyst you will provide 1st and 2nd level telephone support in a network environment. You will Log all calls and assist in the delivery of high-level support for the SOE including diagnosis and problem resolutions.

Your background as a Service Desk Analyst will include the following:

  • Previous experience working in a Service Desk or Helpdesk environment
  • Demonstrated experience in a client focused environment with exceptional communication skills
  • Experience in managing calls to service level agreements
  • Technical experience in Windows XP to 2008 and Windows Servers
