ITIL Duty Operations Manager

My client is looking for an experienced ITIL Duty Operations Manager that has had direct exposure to Major Incident and Problem Management best practices, who is prepared to work in a (shift work, 12 hours per day, 4 days on, 4 days off) environment on a contract basis. They are looking for people with Gravitas, experience and above all be able to support and deliver an excellent customer experience. NB: This is not a BAU Incident Management role. This is a new role and you will be the senior service rep OOH's, therefore experience truly counts and a proven track record is essential. ITIL v2/v3 experience/qualification is a must. The ideal applicant should have a strong customer facing background!
