Key skills needed;
* Strong background in Compensation and Benefits administration/Secretary
* Working Knowledge of pensions
* Ability to analyse data
* Advanced Excel Skills including V-Lookups & Formulas
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The successful applicant will be responsible for;
* Assisting with data reconciliation
* Support general employee queries
* Support supplier management
* Take minutes at board meetings
* Act as a secretary when needed
* Analyse & process stock plan contributions and shares for payroll
