Recruitment Advisor/3 Month Contract/SalisburyA Security Cleared (SC Level) Recruitment Advisor is required to provide a consistent, quality approach to hiring and redeployment that ensures a strong brand, good candidate management, the provision of quality candidates meeting time and cost effective restraints.
The Recruitment Advisor will be required to provide recruiting line managers with advice and guidance on resourcing options:
- Design and implement recruitment campaigns with the recruiting manager and where applicable collating department requirements across the business
- Monitor recruitment activity of recruiting managers to ensure timely action is undertaken and provides timely advice and guidance
- To network with like managers and stakeholders to ensure a coherent approach
The recruitment Advisor will have:
- A successful recruitment background within an agency or in-house environment
- Proven track record of recruiting within a complex environment and high volume campaign
- Security Clearance to SC Level
