Description
Strategic Fixed Rate bonds is part of the Savings Programme Phase 2 and the project is looking to enhance the bond product and undertake an end to end review of the processes which support the product currently. The objective of the project is to improve customer experience by offering a bond product which suits customer needs and operates effectively and efficiently. This will be achieved by introducing new features to the bond product and new functionality which will give Retail Products more opportunities to tailor their strategies in line with customer needs and market demands.
The project is currently at the Business Requirements gathering stage.
The purpose of the role will be to work collaboratively with the business to produce Business Operating Models, understand testing requirements, plan testing and implementation activities.
~ Experience in documenting Business Operating Models
~ Experience in planning & managing testing
Deliverables:
* Research, analyse and evaluate options and provide recommendations to the Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager
* Manage partial delivery of the project plan or products within the plan to time, cost and quality
* Draft project documentation, such as sub project scope, Business Requirements, Implementation Approach, Post Project Review
* Support the preparation and/or review of business cases
* Identify and record risks and issues in accordance with project standards. Agree escalation level, and then manage those assigned through to resolution
* Work with all project stakeholders to ensure they have a full understanding of their responsibilities and commitments to the projects as well as the impact of the project on their respective businesses
Change Management
* Appreciation of the Change operating model and strategic objectives
* Ability to understand the organisational impact of change
Technical Knowledge:
* Appreciation of project management methodology and the project life cycle
* Knowledge and use of process mapping techniques and the ability to suggest alternative solutions to address business requirements
* Competent use of Microsoft Office applications
