A major consumer organisation is urgently seeking a interim HR & Shared Services Business Analyst for a major HR Transformation programme.

Reporting into the workstream lead, your remit will be to engage operational HR leaders and capture their operational As-Is state of their regional HR services lines. Further to documenting these key operational requirements, you will be supporting the project managers in implementing their Shared Service plan.

Skills & Experience:
* A proven business analyst with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills
* Track-record of mapping the as-is state of the operational aspect of business functions, ideally within HR.
* Ability to engage Middle-Manager level front-line business professionals in both 1:1s and workshop environment
* Consultative and highly emotionally intelligent individual
* Strong Excel ability
