* Immediate Start*  
We have an excellent initial short term contract for an experienced Helpdesk specialist to work in a Citrix environment with the possibility of turning to permanent role. Must have Windows 7, XP and Server 2008 exposure as well. The role entails supporting:
- 100+ IT users - 50% based in the Sydney office, 50% located in 9 divisional offices; with varying levels of computer expertise
- 120 desktop and laptop PCs
- 60 mobile phone users - iPhone and Nokia
- 25 printers and copiers (Lexmark and Fuji-Xerox)
- Citrix-based infrastructureEssential experience:
- Citrix environment
- Remote desktop access
- Remote desktop support (LogMeIn preferred)
- Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008
- Microsoft Office 2003Beneficial experience:
- Microsoft Office 2007 or 2010
- Microsoft Exchange (2003 migrating to 2010)
- VMWare
- Sharepoint (*)
