Description
As the Senior Technical BA you will be responsible for working within the Sourcing, Transition and Operations stream, to deliver analysis and solutions for the Network Perimeter Management service.
The Senior Tech BA will employ their process mapping skills, domain knowledge, and analytical experience, to capture requirements and deliver processes for the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop a Process/Service Coverage Map for Network Security Services
- Assess existing IT service management operational capability, against future state requirements.
- Produce associated transitional state models, and process maps.
- Assess Process and Service Maturity and coverage in ITSMO
- Develop Transitional State Models for development of processes and services.
- Work closely with the project management team to identify key resources for projects and to analyse and recommend strategies for dealing with inter-project dependencies in a multi project environment.
- 5+ years as a Technical Business Analyst
- Network infrastructure technology expertise (Firewalls, Routers, load balancers)
- Information Security expertise
- Process modelling and development
- Excellent diagramming skills using Visio
- Service development experience
- A thorough understanding of all aspects of the project management life cycle;
- Good understanding of network technology, and IT Security.
- The ability to assist with the production of functional and technical designs;
- Knowledge of SDLC and methodologies;
- Excellent communication skills and have the ability to lead and motivate teams
