Description
E&I CAD Operator/Technician - Wilton - Contract - £NEGWe are currently sourcing a 2D CAD Operator/Technician - E&I to join the North East Office on an agency contract hire basis.
- Production of prepared design drawings using computer-aided design equipment.
- Reviews drawings for accuracy, compatibility, consistency, and for compliance with design criteria and overall project requirements.
- Ability and previous experience of using AutoCAD
- P&ID drafting experience
- Ability to operate computer-aided design work stations.
- Ability to operate personal computer for word processing, spreadsheets and associated engineering databases.
- EI&C experience essential.
- Site survey experience required
- Must be driver
Work will be carried out in Clients offices at Wilton working with Client personnel.
Person Requirements
- Basic knowledge of engineering design and drafting principles and practices applied to the production of drawings (both two and three dimensional) and related documents.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationship with associates.
- Extensive knowledge of Autocad
- Extensive experience (5-8 projects)
