IT Workstream Lead - Solvency II and Actuarial Systems Transformation
18 Month contract Minimum
Up to 1,000 per day
Reporting to the Head of IT and to the Solvency II Programme Manager, establish and lead a single IT Workstream to assure the delivery of all IT components supporting the Solvency II and Actuarial Systems Transformation (AST) Programmes
Management of complex multi-project technology programmes, ideally in a financial services environment, from inception to conclusion
Management of application and infrastructure procurement and integration programmes
Excellent project management, programme management, planning and organising skills based on an understanding of multiple methodologies
Experience of managing multi million pound project/programme budgets
Experience of managing multiple third party and outsourced technology service providers
Experience of managing and influencing stakeholders from across the business at all levels
Strong IT background
Able to define challenging objectives and achieve them
Relationship building at all levels
Strong business acumen
Excellent written, oral, presentation and facilitation skills
Knowledge of Solvency II would be useful but not essential
