It is essential that you have a strong practical knowledge of working with Excel as well as other Office products like Word and Outlook. You must be competent at communicating with various people within the business in order to gather appropriate data and have an ability to understand requirements, suggest improvements and assist in delivering a quality solutions promptly using Office tools like Excel, Word and Outlook.
