Title: Customer Liaison Executive
Duration: Temporary contract 6-12 Months
Rate: £11/hour
Location: Luton
My Client is a leading is global pharmaceutical company currently recruiting a Customer Liaison Executive to join their customer service team. You would be responsible for being the Primary point of contact for all end customer enquiries.
Responsibilities will include:
- Provision of telephone, e-mail and fax support.
- Support mailings to customers relating to stock, pricing, discounts or general t&c changes.
- Deal with first line customer supply management queries
- Act as communication channel between Agent and over general call enquiries from customers.
- Manage Returns, backorders and other standard weekly/monthly process.
- Daily activities in relation to stock replenishment processes - includes running on reports and formulating outputs for review and action.
- Data entry and maintenance in SAP.
Key skills:
- Candidates with a background in Customer Service and Call Centre operations
- Ability to deal with numerous inbound calls per day and multitask outbound calls and all queries dealt with within agreed SLAs.
- Handling queries from customers where they are not happy in a calm and professional manner at all times.
- Moderate to advanced in Microsoft excel (ability to understand pivot tables and macros)
- Experience of using SAP
- Logistics/Distribution experience.
