SharePoint 2007 Web Design Consultant Specifications
Ontario Power Generation (OPG) is an Ontario-based electricity generation company whose principal business is the generation and sale of electricity in Ontario. Our focus is on the efficient production and sale of electricity from our generation assets, while operating in a safe, open and environmentally responsible manner.
OPG's generating portfolio has a total capacity of over 22, 000 megawatts (MW) making us one of the largest power generators in North America. Our generating mix includes Nuclear, Hydroelectric, Fossil and Wind generating stations. OPG currently has approximately 11, 000 employees. Approximately 90% of employees belong to a union.
Mandatory Service Required
OPG is seeking a consultant to provide SharePoint 2007 website design expertise and hands-on assistance with creating a website for supervisors to readily access a collection of wide-ranging managerial-related information.

Schedule A - Mandatory Criteria
Schedule B - Rated Criteria and Pricing Criteria
OPG will score each Proposal on the basis of the Criteria set out in this Schedule B. OPG will use a scoring scale of 1 to 10 (where 1 is poor, 5 is average and 10 is excellent). These scores will then be multiplied by either the weighting or the sub-weighting for each of the Criteria.
Part I - Rated Criteria
OPG will discontinue the evaluation of, and reject, any Proposal that does not score a minimum of 50% points in the Rated Criteria.
