Client is looking for a Implementation Process Manager. This is a 24 month contract that will probably convert to perm. Location in Bristol, Johnson City, Kingsport, TN area.. no remote. They are converting from Legacy system to Infor XA. Over 60 remote sites to convert to Infor XA/Mapics XA. Some travel likely. 20% +/-.

Lead the analysis and design of complex business process in the context of the ERP system consolidation
Lead the design, configuration, system testing and delivery of the solution for each process area
Responsible for the establishment of new data standards and system nomenclature
Works with the Functional Heads and other Subject Matter Experts to establish process, data, and report requirements
Leads the Process, Data, and Reporting experts of the project organization
Participates in determining long-term Information needs and developing overall strategy for continued systems development, support, and business systems integration
Participates in designing integrity and protection of all electronic Information into the system; this includes the review, backup, and upkeep of computerized systems, business software, data, electronic imaging, and any other electronic media
Interacts with internal and external customers to ensure service delivery and overall customer satisfaction
* Experience with Large Mapics XA conversion projects. Global in size nice to have
* Experience managing the technical and functional teams on large scale conversion projects
* ERP Project Management Infor XA/Mapics XA Must have
* BPM experience and process oriented person with process flows experience
* MS Project and Visio
* Business Process Analysis and systems analysis
* Manufacturing background - MRP
