Required skill set: IAM specialized in Identity Federation
Product expertise: RSA Cleartrust required and Sun OpenSSO preferable
Candidate should have 7-10 years experience in IAM, with at least 5 years RSA Cleartrust expertise deploying federation solutions
This person will be an architect more than a hands on engineer, so must have solid written/oral communication skills. English needs to be the first language or person must be exceedingly fluent. Individual must be comfortable getting in front of customer stakeholders, creating and delivering presentations, writing business and technical documentation, and providing guidance in evaluating, architecting/designing, and deploying (at a high level) SSO solutions with a federation component. Must understand inbound vs outbound federation and must be familiar with standard federation protocols, eg SAM1/2, Liberty ID-FF, WS-Federation, etc.
