Customer Support Engineer WCDMA/RAN - BTS I am looking for a Customer Support Engineer. The shall be Customer Support Engineer WCDMA/RAN - BTS familiar with: Installation & commissioning & integration of Flexi WCDMA multiradio. Capability of troubleshooting. Transfer knowledge to implementation teams This person shall be on the field supporting the 4 service suppliers companies (2 of them are familiar with the NSN product, 2 of them are new). Installation and/or commissioning and/or integration activities Leading role in complex troubleshooting cases Technical guidance and support of other team members. Information sharing and competence transfer to service suppliers Responsible for monitoring and inspecting Telecom installation work progress and verifying that the implementation is done according to Customer specifications. Ensures that service supplier has self inspected the completion of implementation Organizes site acceptance inspections Support the Project team for approving the final (or conditional) acceptance for the Suppliers Support the Project team for getting final (or conditional) acceptance from Customer Follows up the corrective works as noticed in site acceptance punch list Provide first level advanced technical support for queries (customer & internal), according to customer contract and internal support model.
