JOB TITLE: CIO Support - Brussels
LOCATION: Brussels

DURATION: 3 months

YOU MUST HAVE/BE THE FOLLOWING - CIO Support
- The CIO Support will have a minimum of a degree level education, ideally in a numerate discipline
- Trainings about project management and CMMI methodology
- 3-5 years in a PMO role or similar role (eg Assistant to COO, CIO, CEO) or in a client support role or a team responsible for IT helpdesk administration and organisation
- Past experience within IT to get some exposure to IT subjects is an added-value
- The CIO Support will have fluency in English and French (written and oral).

ROLE INFORMATION - CIO Support
- The CIO Support will be responsible for the preparation of meetings, ad-hoc presentations made by the CIO and some regular reporting to the BNPP IT Pole or Group: agree on agenda and content with CIO and Head of CIO office; coordinate the collection of the information from IT managers; leverage on existing reporting's or meetings to challenge quality of the info collected; prepare drafts of accurate, well-presented documents; organise review
-Run (and suggest improvements) for some IT services management activities like IT SLAs and KPI (Management of SLA parameters and collation of KPI metrics from BU Managers for (their) relevant systems. Collation of said metrics and formatting for presentation to end-user Partners on a regular basis.
-Responsibility for the production and co-ordination of an IT Survey. This involves development, testing and management of a Sharepoint site as well as collation of the completed survey and oversight of statistical analysis.
-PMO activities: challenge projects/domains reports (focus on the quality of the content), track risks, issues and dependencies, and alert or instruct CIO
-Contribute of manage some special missions (eg ensure IT implement "Inspection générale" recommendations)
- The CIO Support will contribute to the development, data migration and management of an IT document repository (DoReMe).
-Responsibility for creation and administrative management of an IT Web Portal/IT section of the corporate Intranet.
-Support the PRB process (project approval committee sessions (comité d'investissement) in terms of template development, communication and collation of submissions. Provide guidance for completion of templates, produce dashboards and metrics for use at PRB sessions. Follow up the progress of PRB projects with PMO and IT Control to track status of deliverables and budgets.
-Contribute to induction days for new joiners, and other responsibilities
