Position Description:
- Develop a comprehensive training program for novice and experienced audiences based on a prior training assessment and recommendations developed.
- Development of a training plan, the curriculum and logistics, and the project management courses and materials.
- Conduct course presentations as appropriate.
- Develop and/or update management plans.
Experience Level: 6-10 Years.
Skill Set: Applications training
Experience.
Strong classroom (Instructor Lead) Experience.
Strong communication skills.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
Must have classroom training of Peoplesoft Purchasing and/or Inventory modules.
These people will travel to the different hospitals in NCAL to train the Pharmacists on the new system.
Individuals must have expereicne as a PeopleSoft Trainer and Curriculum Developer. Must have knowledge of the PeopleSoft Supply Chain Modules, Procurement, Inventory and ePro. Knowledge and hands on use with PeopleSoft UPK
