Senior Mobile Developer-Detailed Job Description
This role calls for an experiences mobile app developer who is most familiar with the development, Back End integration, and deployment of iOS apps. This person will be involved during pre-development planning, perform similar functions to a ScrumMaster of tech lead at times; and also do the actual development of applications using iOS, Android, and some other cross platform tools. They will be accountable for code quality and the overall development deliverables on time and on budget. This job will take instruction from the Mobile Lead Developer and the Director of Development.
Top 3-5 daily responsibilities:
- Develop mobile applications using iOS, Android, and cross-platform tools
- Meet and collaborate with Lead Developer, UI/UX, Infrastrcuture, and possible 3rd parties in stand-up meetings, and other meetings as needed in an Agile environment
- Own the development life cycle of the app, including interaction with certification, app store, demos, etc.
- Work closely with the Product Manager to ensure backlog is prioritized and requirements are clear

- Objective C; C++; Java

- Use of cross-platform tools
- Mobile apps with Back End integration dependencies (interaction with data services)
Soft skills:
- Solid communications and ability to work together with a diverse, virtual development team
