DESCRIPTION

A Customer Service/Support consultant is needed for order placement and tracking for complex Ethernet services. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills and strong project management skills. General knowledge of Ethernet Services, Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel. and knowledge of Network technology and terminology a plus.

Qualifications:
  • Strong Project Management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ethernet knowledge
  • MS Office experience, Excel is a must
  • System knowledge
