DESCRIPTION
The Engineer manages and negotiates provisioning and construction of real estate assets for network systems and operations for a large geographic territory. Will engineer and construct Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) Systems. Manage capitol budget expenses pertaining to real estate acquisition. May manage the activities of commercial real estate agents to obtain or locate site properties.

Responsibilities
  • Represent company in public hearings regarding zoning issues.
  • Implement policies and procedures regarding the administration of real property and leases.
  • Work with Legal to develop site leases.

Qualifications
  • Civil Construction Management knowledge required
  • Network engineering (DAS Systems) skills a plus
  • Experience with Project Management in Telcom capacity desired
