DESCRIPTIONThe Network Services/Support consultant will perform Cisco UCCE and UCCX day one deployment and tiered day two technical support engineering in an Enterprise Routing Service Center (ERSC).
Qualifications:
- Cisco ICM, CVP, IPIVR, UCCE, Enterprise, and Express expertise
- Cisco ICM, WIM/EIM, VXML and Studio Scripting familiarity desired
- Experience with CISCO IOS Voice Gateway and Gatekeeper a plus
- Cisco Call Manager knowledge
- ACME Session Border Controller (SBC) experience desired
- Knowledge of Linux OS
- Windows Server OS and Microsoft SQL Server skills a plus
- Knowledge of customer interfaces
- Call flow documentation expertise
- Familiarity with Cisco TAC procedures
- Expert level MS Visio, Outlook, Word, Excel Project, and PowerPoint
- Strong administrative and organization skills, ie status reporting and project task management
- Strong Communication
