Client is implementing the Maximo IT suite of applications, including Tivoli Service Request Manager (TSRM), Tivoli Asset Management for IT (TAMIT), Change and Configuration Management Database (CCMDB) and Tivoli Application Dependence Discovery Manager (TADDM).
Immediate need for a Consultant with specific product knowledge and expertise in Maximo for IT, TADDM, TAMIT, ITIC.to work with project team on the implementation of Maximo for IT. Assist the clients IT application support team with the implementation and configuration of the applications.
1-2 months with possible on-call consulting thereafter.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience with all four applications is required. Maximo for IT, TADDM, TAMIT, ITIC
- TADDM discovery configuration and troubleshooting
- ITIC integration between TADDM and CCMDB
- Automating assignment of CIs in CCMDB to assets
- Developer Workbench and mapping of TADDM Actual CIs to CCMDB CIs and attributes
- Oracle v.11
- Business Analysis
- Business Process Modeling
- Systems Analysis is preferred.
- Experience with agile development environments preferred..
- ITIL knowledge and/or certification preferred..
