Our Health Care client is looking for an experienced Sr. Product Manager to join their team. This position will be responsible for developing and managing a best-in-class online billing, payments and registration experience for their employees online.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating, aligning, and communicating the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Employer self service. The skills needed to be successful in this role include strong product management and product strategy experience, excellent partnering and collaboration skills, and a strong customer orientation. You must possess the tenacity and imagination to drive the overhaul of, and continuous enhancements to, the group billing payments experience from concept to completion.
Primary Responsibilities: End-to-end ownership of online security authentication, user administration and registration for the employer portal
Partners with management, three business units and stakeholders to establish and align the Employer Self Service vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
Provides lead level support in health plan business analysis, Internet product development and product management of day-to-day operations
Leads the process for business case development, ROI analysis, feasibility, and new product recommendations.
Conducts business environment assessments and product lifecycle evaluations. Assesses market trends, customer needs and product capability to identify new product opportunities
Translates business and user needs into product features and services. Reviews and prioritizes requirements for the whole product.
Analyzes data across channels to define adoption strategies and goals for the product. Defines value proposition, develops and prioritizes promotional activities and adoption tactics for the product. Creates training plan and materials.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree and 5-8 years of relevant product management experience in healthcare or related industry.
MBA or masters in healthcare management preferred.
Strong product management skills, including an in-depth knowledge and experience of the end-to-end product lifecycle.

Deep subject matter expertise in technology and how to use it to provide competitive advantage for product development, brand management, and/or superior client experience.
Knowledge of healthcare industry preferred
Demonstrated organizational and project management abilities including strategic planning, facilitation, financial management, vendor assessment, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of success in web product management, delivering Front End solutions that enhance the customer experience.
Familiarity with one or more software development lifecycle methodologies; Agile method preferred.
An understanding of User Centered Design and the ability to work with user experience resources to develop useful, usable and desirable products
Ability to interpret complex and ambiguous needs and requests and distill into clear, concise business requirements and solutions.
Extensive knowledge of product management and strategic planning concepts.
Excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
Successful partnering and collaboration skills.
