CCCi has a 12+ month contract opportunity for a Salesforce.com administrator. This position will be primarily responsible for the administration, planning, and support of Salesforce.com application across the Client Support organization. Responsibilities include Salesforce.com application administration, including database de-duping and cleanup, manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users, develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity. Responsibilities may also include the development of documentation related to the system and its usage as well as training development SFDC development background is a huge plus as there may also be opportunities for working with our CRM development team to assist with ad-hoc requests from the business. This is a great opportunity for a highly talented Salesforce.com Administrator with a strong Computer Science/Information Systems and Client Service background who is looking to administer and support industry-leading software.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
- 3 to 5 years' experience administering for SFDC.
- Data manipulation and cleaning
- Understanding integration scenarios and design
- Strong documentation and training skills
- Ability to interface with staff developing strategy
- Excellent project management skills
- Experience with SFDC administration and implementation
- Knowledge of SFDC configuration including use of data loader and third party tools (Demand Tools).
- Practical experience with data migration from external systems in to Salesforce.com.
- Extensive experience with data migration in to SFDC for objects including but not limited to accounts, contacts, cases, and solutions
- Experience on SFDC business workflow (different entities like opportunity, leads, account, assets etc.).
- Demonstrated experience in working with customer portal functionality for SFDC
- Strong knowledge of CRM software implementation best practices and methodologies
- 5 years' experience in all aspects of administering CRM applications
- Evaluate data entry, import processes and ensure proper data quality standards exist for the Salesforce.com application
- Direct experience within a call center, or IT related experience with one or more of the following application components:
* Customer Master Data
* Contact Management/CRM applications
* Call Center
* Service Cloud
- Excellent knowledge of the Force.com platform
- Background with SFDC Knowledge a plus (Practical deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Flex, SalesForce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment and Slesforce.com s-controls highly valued)
- Programming suing Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, JavaScript and XMLand highly valued
- Experience in developing Salesforce.com custom objects and work-flow business rules highly valued.
- Extend native SFDC reports to leverage custom fields to create meaningful reports, dashboards
- Providing ongoing support for the Salesforce.com application
- Responsible for Salesforce.com unit and systems testing for new enhancements, system integration
- Effectively work with management and other staff to accomplish Salesforce.com deliverables
- Effectively balance and prioritize multiple projects concurrently

Preferred Requirements
- Experience with Data Extraction from Siebel is a HUGE Plus
- SFDC Level II and Level II certified is a big plus (ADM301, DEV401, DEV501)
- Programming experience preferred with following (mark-up) languages, HTML, XML, SQL, and Apex
- Ability to travel up to 20% (may require some overnight)
- Candidates local to Atlanta, GA are strongly preferred, but will consider candidates outside of these areas. Must be onsite in Atlanta 4 days per week if not local.
